From the backstreets and gutters of Los Angeles, and the bottoms of a beer bottle, this is Informal Society. Junkie Tooth Rotter, Skunk Chelloveck, Merks Moo, and Pedz Panik. This band comes at you full speed taking you off the planet and exploding in your face. Formed in 2004, Informal Society has covered a lot of ground, met great bands and people, played awesome shows, and has consumed plenty of alcohol. Their sound is best describe as a fusion of current and old school sounding punk rock on methamphetamine and LSD. Nonetheless, Informal Society has manage to shine upon the west coast, especially California, and perhaps even the world, distinctly recognized for being loud, fast, melodic, relaxed, angry, depressed, apathetic, intellectual, and energetic. Some Of the bands they have gotten to share the stage with are: The Adicts, The Misfits, Crass, Agent Orange, TSOL, Youth Brigade, The Business, Lower Class Brats, Vice Squad, Ch3, Uproar, Antidote, Total Chaos, ill Repute, any many others. Informal Society is Currently working on new material for there upcoming record,expected to be out 2012.
